Through Octane’s acquisition of Germany-based TETEC, we forged a partnership that added a cutting-edge knee cartilage implant into its innovation portfolio, with plans to automate production of this implant using the Cocoon advanced bioreactor.

Octane addressed this problem through the clinical scale-up of living tissue implants that integrate fully with surrounding tissue and restore biological function.
